What might a session look like?
Many clients enjoy the convenience and flexibility of meeting via Zoom or Google Meet.
A session usually begins with a short grounding exercise to help us both be present in the session.
We will then usually quickly recap any goals you had from the previous week and you will have plenty of time and space to explore what worked well and why and to celebrate your progress
We will talk about your goals for the session and work on those, exploring the challenges, sharing the knowledge and evidence base and thinking together about potential goals. Sometimes, I may support you make timetables, plans for projects or essays, identify priorities and what to delegate. You will have ACTIONABLE and ACHIEVABLE STEPS to progress and tools for overcoming barriers with kindness and compassion to yourself.
At the end of the session we review your goals for the session, celebrate your progress and clarify the action you are going to take before our next session. We will set a new date and I will send you any supporting information or resources*.
*The cost of your session includes the time for preparation of these resources and cost of sourcing them.
